$3300 + $200 WPT Borgata Poker Open Championship NLH
Life is good for Mars Callahan (Los Angeles, CA) table-60 who was determined to fit the Championship Event into his busy schedule of TV and film meetings.
Poker is a priority in the writer/director's life especially after he finished 94th in the 2011 WSOP main event.
Callahan and his business partner on the rail, John Hermansen are working on several acclaimed poker related TV and film projects. Remember the film Pool Hall Junkies? Well keep a look out for Poker Junkies in theaters someday in the future.
As for today, Callahan turns a 5-2 diamond bluff into a made hand that ends up cracking a set of sevens. His Opponent couldn't believe when Mars rolled over 5-2 of diamonds after firing every street and going all-in for 10,000 after hitting his flush on the river.
Callahan has since settled down looking to capitalize on his new-found maniac table image.
