Event 14: Running Down Sharks

$200 + $30 Deep Stack NLH (Re-Entry)

Emmanuel Kouhaiz Hits Runner Runner

There are a lot of sharks and fish in every poker tournament and Emmanuel Kouhaiz is hunting the sharks. He literally swims with sharks as he is in the scuba business. Check out his very heavy, specially crafted watch - it can go down 5000 feet.

Emmanuel opens for 55,000. Player to his right ships all in for another 85,000. Another player also jams holding less chips. Emmanuel senses he's behind but figures he has everyone covered and he's priced in to call.

Emmanuel shows QJ vs KQ vs AQ. So basically he's dead to a Jack.

Flop comes 2-9-A. Now he's dead to two Jacks.

Turn J.

Emmanuel stands and says "Another Jack".

Opponent with A-Q is standing and biting the collar of his t-shirt.

River Jack falls.

Opponent grits teeth and tears apart his shirt (really happened).

Emmanuel says - "This is how you survive when you play with sharks. I love America. I love this casino."

So two players are knocked out and the shark hunter stacks up to 580,000.

Funny sidenote: Emmanuel played so much at Borgata he earned enough for a Black Card in two days.
