The flop came 8 8 3 and both checked. Turn was a Ten and Larry checked, Al bet 13k, and Larry called. River was a 5. Larry bet 13k, Al raised to 30k, Larry shoved and Al snap-called, showing 85 for 8s-full-of-5s. Larry showed T8 for 8s-full-of-Tens and the bigger boat.
Al Riccobono (Ossining, NY) finished in 23rd place.
Both departing players earned $1,912.
