Event 11: The "Shaw"spank Redemption

$350 + $50 Big Stack Pot Limit Omaha

Alan Marshall & Alan Shaw - A Tale Of Two Stacks

The last hand before a ten minute color-up break as Alan Shaw (Reading, PA) triples up.

Shaw's 7-8-K-K sees a sweet club-heavy flop of A-8-8 and he's holding two clubs.

"The 10-seat has been raising every pot. I was waiting for a hand to get him and this was it" explained Alan.

6-seat came along for almost all his chips holding A-J. With 90,000 in the middle, Shaw saw odds to call, not to mention he was holding far and away the best hand.

Trip 8's were good enough for Alan who river a flush on the river just to rub it in.

Alan Shaw, now sitting on one of the biggest stacks in the room just under 200K.

Meanwhile another Alan at the table, Alan Marshall (Long Branch, NJ) is predicting he'll be the bubble yet again. Alan is nursing a 30,000 short stack. Can he make it 18th or better?

Man, there's a lot of Alan's in this tournament. Who will be the LAST ALAN STANDING?

500 chips are off the table.
