Joe Wertz raised and got action from Dean Furbay (button). On the flop of K 9 8 -- all hearts -- they got all the chips in the middle.
Joe held K5 offsuit for top pair with a 5-high flush draw. Dean held KT for top pair with better kicker. Turn was an offsuit Ten giving Dean two pair, but the river was another heart, giving Joe the flush and the pot.
Dean Furbay (Port Washington, OH) finished in 13th place $5,666.
